Steamed rice with pickled shiso and umeboshi 梅干; literally "dried ume."
Vegetable stew with white beans, carrots, ham, chicken, onion, celery, potatoes, and konnyaku (糸蒟蒻).
Spinach, cucumber, kelp and cabbage salad with carrots.

Konnyaku jelly is called "konjac tofu" (魔芋豆腐 moyu doufu)
