Cabbage, carrot, cucumber, bean sprout salad.
Steamed rice cooked in chicken broth with carrots and onions.
Breaded and deep fried sardines.
Dashi soup with fish cake, seaweed, mushrooms and onions.
Dashi , だし is a class of soup and cooking stocks considered fundamental to Japanese cooking.
