It's Senior Day in Japan.
So, to celebrate with my favorite septo and octogenerians, I decided to go all the way to Fukuoka to get some American style burgers at L.A. Diner in Canal City.
They are open until 11pm every night. The burgers have the right heft and size of an American burger. Cheeseburger with a Pepsi and fries or onion rings will set you back about 1000 yen or about $12.00. They have great onion rings, the BLT is delicious, and serve milkshakes too.
